■大量完熟番茄和紅酒令味道更有深度將紅酒燉牛肉醬汁製成容易溶解的粉粒狀,方便用於各式各樣料理之中,不止紅酒燉牛肉,做漢堡扒、牛肉泥的時候也可以使用。■不使用化學調味料一般的做法是用食油炒熟麵粉和各種香料,為了不燒焦而使用蒸気釜製成。這包粉粒則選用直火釜,花長時間將醬汁逐點燒製而成,令香料的味道更突出,醬料更乾身,可以加入新鮮蔬菜和水果,品嚐自然的美味和香氣。■美味享用方法【1】在鍋內熱油,加入一口大小的牛肉、洋荵、紅蘿蔔輕炒。
【2】加入水,以中火煮約30分鐘。(隔去表面泡沫)
【3】加入一口大小的馬鈴薯,煮約10分鐘。
【4】關火後加入粉粒拌勻,以小火煮至濃稠後即可。
