松露意粉 二人份量 準備時間半小時難易度**  

材料 250毫升雜菜湯250克

扁意粉200克

牛油100克

巴馬臣芝士25毫升

PODDI白松露葵花籽油20克PODDI黑松露菌醬適量鹽,胡椒粉 

 做法

 1. 把牛油切成粒狀.然後冷藏


2. 先將扁意粉煮熟,備用。

3. 把雜菜湯煮熱

4. 加入牛油至融化後離火,然後不斷攪拌

5. 加入PODDI黑松露醬,芝士及白松露油後拌勻

6. 將洋蔥與醬汁混合,將醬汁澆於扁意粉上,灑上芝士粉後即成。
